171.2 acres of land, more or less, being a part and out of the Gonzales County School Land Survey, A-229, Gonzales County, Texas and being more fully described as follows: the first tract being 89.5 acres of land, more or less, out of the Gonzales County School Land Survey, Abstract No. 229, described in that certain deed dated Dec. 1, 1975, from Vida Putman Crunk, a widow, to Max M. Crunk, Jr., recorded in Volume 411, Page 717, of the Gonzales County Deed Records, and the second being 81.7 acres of land, more or less, out of the Gonzales County School Land Survey, Abstract No. 229, described in that certain deed conveying the surface only dated April 1, 1985, from Max M. Crunk and wife, Kathryn D. Crunk, to Kama Development Corporation, recorded in Volume 570, Page 299, of the Gonzales County Deed Records.
